Lakshmi Sridhar has been named the new general manager of Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach & The Bheemili Resort, beginning April 2023. Lakshmi, who has been with Accor for more than 11 years and has a wealth of expertise spanning 28 years, will start acting as Operations Manager at the Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach in June 2020. Her incredible path began with a position as the General Manager’s secretary, and with perseverance, skill, and hard work, she ascended to a distinguished leadership position as a General Manager, helping to make the properties successful.
Lakshmi Sridhar will be in charge of directing all aspects of the hotel and resort experience in her new, inspirational position as general manager. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality sector, which will undoubtedly help the properties develop and succeed. She is going to be in charge of giving the organisation leadership, strategic oversight, and direction in the areas of financial performance, operations, human resources, customer connections, risk management, and marketing and sales strategies. Her position is vital to ensuring that organisational goals are met through effective and efficient processes.
